After our Christmas mini-break, we are now back to work.
Sadly but sensibly, with Covid cases in Suffolk flying off the chart, we will be unable to entertain customers on the premises. We will only be able to support remote selling by courier our our own van deliveries or ‘click and collect’ (by arrangement). Of course, we are happy to discuss and give advice and guidance via email or telephone. Home trials, subject to discussion, can be arranged too.
Click and collect is technically still OK but, with our friends in the North already tightening up on this, it is unlikely to stay this way. We are able to deliver safely to your doorstep via couriers or, for local jobs via our own transport.
Many thanks to all the lovely folks who have bought from us during 2020 and the past 27 years, come to that. Despite the bleakness of the above message, here’s hoping for a much brighter 2021.
