In line with legal and HMRC requirements, we hold records of transactions with customers for 6 full years. The electronic records are encrypted, password protected and stored in two physical locations for safety.
We never store credit card details for face to face or on-line transactions. By buying something directly from us via our website, only Paypal and ourselves will have access to your contact details. Face to face transactions are strictly between you and Signals UK Ltd.
In a slightly futile bid to minimise incoming spam, our ‘contact’ page asks you for name, email address and telephone number. The phone number is not essential. Small asterisks denote the information that is essential for us to be able to respond.
Generally, we use Eventbrite as a ticketing system for shows, open days etc. Registration is at your discretion and their privacy policy is here.
We don’t send out an awful lot of invitations or newsletters. These Email shots are sent only to individuals who have opted to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
Currently, the operator that we use for email shots is MailChimp. Their privacy policy is here.
