we’re taking a short break

Seasoned customers know the score. Seagulls on a post from us generally means we are planning on taking a break.

From week commencing 20th July until Tuesday 28th, we are away with the birds. With schools breaking for the summer hols this week, this is hardly stellar timing but it’ll be good to get away from the gas pipe replacements taking place outside our building.

We are at full strength until Saturday 18th July.

Messages left on our answering service are emailed to us, so anything urgent can be acted upon.

we’ve been making some changes

After years of cooking in the summer sun, we’ve finally got reflective film on all the south facing windows. For offices and demo rooms it’s new windows all round, for the high up ones in the apex, it’s just some refurbishment of existing frames with the addition of reflective film from the Window Film Centre in Ipswich.

Replacing the windows fully as was planned, would involve significant delays plus the inconvenience of scaffolding both inside and outside. This is therefore a ‘can’ we are happy to kick down the road for a few more years!

The impact has already been considerable. Excellent (ongoing) work by Iron Glaze Ipswich and Ipswich Scaffolding.
