ADOT ONI-100 Optical Network Isolator.
Network wiring in the home acts as an antenna and collects electrical interference from TVs, switching power supplies, phone chargers and PV panel installations.
Connecting such a noisy network to a sensitive audio system seriously impacts sound quality. ADOT developed the concept of using Fibre Optics to isolate the noise while rebuilding and retaining the music data. The ADOT concept is improving many systems worldwide, but relies on SFP connectors for connectivity, whereas most home networks and hifi components and even audiophile switches use conventional RJ45 connectors.
The ADOT AOI-100 offers all the advantages of ADOT in a simple device that connects using a pair of standard RJ 45 network cables. The optical isolation is all done within the device, keeping the installation simple and tidy.
Supplied as a complete kit with mains power supply.
