The Sugden pure class A design provides affordable high-end performance from a beautifully engineered single box integrated amplifier. Compact in size with a simple but stylish design, the A21 is possibly the only amplifier you will ever need. With many of the original A21’s still in daily use after fifty years, it could also last a lifetime.
Providing a large soundstage and depth to all types of music, the A21 is an amplifier you can listen to for hours without fatigue. The single ended voltage rail circuit provides impressive dynamics and incredible bass.
The A21 Signature integrated amplifier is available with or without a MM/MC phono input. Without a phono input it is designated the A21L (line input only). A21aL models can be fitted with a phono input at a later date.
Whilst this is very closely related to the A21 that launched many years ago, and to the ones that we stocked roughly thirty years ago, there have been a series of refinements that make this a discernibly better product than the one we remember. I remember selling A21’s against Nait 3’s and the current A21 still holds its head high against the current similarly priced competitors. Indeed it really is something quite special.
Hells teeth, it now even has remote volume control!!
Mind you, if you want remote input switching, Sugden is simply not your brand!
