Red 150 SE loudspeakers, these date to 17 December 2021. Current RRP is £8950, although they were closer to £6k back in 2021.
Finished in natural walnut veneer, these are from the far more recent crisp edged UK built series. Earlier examples were made in Poland and looked a little rougher round the edges.
Condition is good. There are the some very minor handling marks, but nothing that will photograph.
One careful owner, who bought them from us, non-smoking household, no pets . . Boxed in the, now, super sized packaging.
Despite grilles coming with the SE’s, the ones for these have gone AWOL. Price reflects both this and the minor marks.

We are happy to demonstrate in any case. The lowish asking price is more of a comment on our restricted storage facilities and the current state of the used market than any misgivings about the performance. The Russell K Red 150’s are, particularly in this latest ‘SE’ guise, genuinely remarkable. At this price they are surely a bargain.
They’re reasonably compact and fairly easy to site, although they won’t suit the smallest rooms, particularly if they need to go near walls.
They have often been partnered with mid-range Naim electronics but they are also excellent with Accupahase in both class A and AB versions. The results can be terrific and several are being used in this combination. Here, we have played them with Naim Statement and they simply lap up the extra levels of resolution control and subtlety that high end electronics can bring.
